Smitha Hari is a finance professional with close to two decades of corporate and entrepreneurial experience.
She has worked across corporate banking, investment banking, sustainable finance, ESG and impact investing
and specialises in product structuring, financial analysis and research in sectors such as financial services, clean
energy, skilling and livelihood, and agriculture.
Souba Giridharan, Consultant, auctusESG
Souba Giridharan has close to two decades of private equity experience. Her work in the sustainable finance
space involves engagement with stakeholders to influence policy action and facilitate climate-responsible cash
flows, capacity building for Financial Institutions on climate-related financial risks, and non-financial disclosures.
