President, SAU and MD, DFCCIL India Corporation discuss bilateral cooperation and jointly launch the website of SAU’s Climate Center

Professor K. K. Aggarwal, President, South Asian University (SAU) and Mr. Praveen Kumar, Managing Director, DFCC India Limited met today to discuss matters of mutual collaboration in the field of carbon credit, climate finance, socio economic feasibility studies and role of AI in climate change and environmental protection. Both will also discuss cooperation in the area of joint academic programmes for DFCCIL officials and showcasing the organization’s path breaking work in establishing freight corridors and its efficient management as a replicable model for the South Asian region and beyond.
President, SAU and MD, DFCCL India Corporation, Ministry of Railways also jointly launched the website of SAU’s Climate Center (www.cliamtecentre.sau.int).
An MOU will soon be signed between the two organizations to formalize the cooperation.
