International Engagements – Professor Pooran Chandra Pandey

Professor Pooran Chandra Pandey was affiliated with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), Government of Taiwan (R.O.C.), from October to December 2025, to assist the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Government of India, and MOFA Taiwan to work on ‘Labour Mobility Pact’ under which Indian government will deploy 100,000 Indians (over time) to work in Taiwan in identified sectors of Taiwan’s economy.
