As part of the Diffractive Climate Conversation Series, Ambassador Anup K. Mudgal (IFS, Retd.) addressed students on the imperatives, challenges, and available pathways for energy transition. The session focused on global energy transitions, technology transfer, policy coherence, and the geopolitical, economic, social, and institutional dimensions of transitioning towards sustainable energy systems.
