Pooran Chandra Pandey will be addressing students of Zakir Hussain College, Delhi University on the theme of green democracy democracy and climate change along with questions and answers session in context of international order and prospects of peace and democracy in context of the multipolar world.

While speaking on the theme, Pandey will circle the issue of democratic backsliding and mindset of recovery from the chaos and crisis to that of survival
